What is FBA & FBM?
FBA:
FBA stands for “Fulfillment by Amazon” (FBA). With this service, Amazon will pick, pack, and ship orders as they come in while also handling the storage of your inventory at their fulfilment centres.
FBM:
Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) refers to a situation in which the seller oversees every step of the packaging and shipping process. The seller uses his or her resources to send the goods directly to the customer rather than shelling out a service fee and sending inventory to Amazon for handling.
How to Convert FBA Listing Into FBM Listing?
The detailed procedure is provided below:
STEP 1:
Open your Seller Center Account.
The Amazon Seller Central Account is this. The “Inventory” part can be found at the top. Then select “Manage Inventory.” This is the account for the Amazon Seller Central. Choose the “Inventory” option from the top menu. Choose “Manage Inventory
STEP 2:
“There will be displayed the next tab,
Choose the item that you want to convert to FBM. Click the Action Tab located in the search bar’s left corner after choosing your product.
STEP 3:
After completing this step, choose “Change to Fulfilled by Merchant” from the menu.
Following this Step, the following tab will appear:
Click the “Convert” button. Your listing will change to “FBM” after 15 minutes.
